How much is postage?

We offer a flat rate of $12.50 per order for delivery anywhere within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping

Our beautiful, carefully packaged orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Our postage days are Tuesday to Friday. We also offer free gift wrapping. Please contact us with the name and address of the recipient and we can do the rest for you.

Where are my items shipped from?

All items are shipped from Moorland NSW.

Can I track my order?

You can track the delivery status of your order through the Australia Post website using the tracking number that was emailed to you when your items were dispatched. 

Delivery

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please use your tracking number to find out the estimated delivery time.

Return to Sender

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date to avoid re-delivery fees. We will not take any responsibility for delivering to an incorrect address that you have supplied. 

Damaged Goods

All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality products we can make. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us at thewashcollective@outlook.com.

We do not take any personal responsibility if any items become lost or damaged in transit. If you are at all concerned, please contact us before placing your order and we can give you a quote for transit damage/misplaced insurance.
